Refund policy

At Calatea Design we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, the following conditions apply:

1. Return Period

You may request a return or exchange of a product within 7 calendar days after receipt.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

• Proof of purchase must be presented.

• We do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made products.

3. Procedure

Write to us at info@calateadesign.com stating the reason and your order number.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns, unless the product is defective.

4. Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 10 business days.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
